Introducing Queue Control Console
Queue Control Console is a web-based solution that allows automated actions to be performed on selected queues, including the issuance of tickets. Schedules can be run at specific intervals and/or specific times. Queue Control Console lets you create system handlers (such as move unticketed PNRs or send emails) or Robotic Ticketing handlers, which allows you to automate part of your ticketing operations by creating rules for how and when tickets are issued.
Note: Queue Control Console Lite users have access to the Move to Queue and Remove from Queue handlers only. For access to additional handlers please contact your Travelport Account Manager.
Server-based robotics
No need to set up a workstation for robotics. Travelport Queue Control Console is fully server based and uses web services to communicate with Travelport.
Peace of mind
Travelport Queue Control Console gives you full access to logs and other data that shows all system actions.
Queue Control Console can be set up to monitor one or more queues for booking files to be actioned. The booking files can be sent through a criteria engine that allows only booking files that meet specific requirements (such as all fares guaranteed or no infant passengers) to be actioned.
